What does 'from $150/user/month' include?
All of Tier 1: 24/7 monitoring, helpdesk, endpoint management, cloud admin (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity monitoring, backup & DR, vendor management and the monthly AI opportunity report. Final price depends on environment complexity and after-hours coverage.
Is there a minimum size?
Yes – minimum 50 users. Below that the per-user economics don't make sense for either party; we'll point you to a better-fit provider.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month, no lock-in. Annual commitments receive a 10-15% discount, priority support and a dedicated account manager, but they're optional.
How fast is onboarding?
Typical onboarding is 2-4 weeks: discovery, documentation, tooling rollout, and a parallel-run period before we take primary responsibility.
Which cities do you cover?
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth for on-site work, with remote support nationwide. After-hours coverage follows your local time zone.
Can we keep our existing tools?
