Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first conversation is to understand where things stand and whether we are a good fit. There is no charge for it and no obligation afterwards.

Do you work outside Melbourne?

Yes. We are based in Melbourne and work with businesses across Australia. Most ERP and IT work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits arranged when the work needs them.

What should I include in my message?

The systems you use today, what is not working, roughly how many people are involved, and any deadline you are working to. A few sentences is enough to start.

Will you give me a price straight away?

Not usually. We quote once we understand the scope, because a number given before that is a guess. For larger ERP work the first step is often a short, fixed-scope discovery phase. See how pricing works for more detail.

I am not sure whether I need an ERP or just better processes. Can you help?

Yes, and that is a common starting point. Sometimes the answer is a better process or an integration between the systems you already have, not a new ERP. We will say so if that is the case.
