What does the scoping call cover?
A 30-45 minute call to understand environment size, compliance obligations (Essential Eight, APRA CPS 234, ISO 27001), current tooling and incidents. You leave with a clear scope and indicative pricing.
Can you take us through Essential Eight maturity uplift?
Yes. We baseline current maturity, build a prioritised uplift plan, implement controls (patching, MFA, application control, backups, etc.) and provide ongoing evidence collection.
Do you handle incident response if something happens today?
Yes – containment, forensics, recovery and post-incident reporting. Existing clients get on-call escalation; new engagements can be onboarded for IR retainer separately.
Where do you operate?
