ERP Implementation Australia — Configure, Migrate, Integrate, Go-Live

Fixed-fee per phase
4–9 months typical · Staged delivery · Melbourne-based, national reach

ERP implementation phases

Every ERP implementation we run follows the same staged model. Each phase has fixed scope, fixed price and a visible deliverable before the next phase begins.

Blueprint & Configure

Solution design, chart of accounts, dimensions, workflow rules and role-based security. Built from the ERP selection requirements matrix.

Data Migration

Master data cleansing, mapping and staged migration. Customer, supplier, item, open transactions and historical balances — reconciled before go-live.

Integration Build

ERP integration to Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Salesforce, ecommerce, 3PL and payroll. Built on n8n and native APIs where it makes sense.

User Training

Role-based training, SOPs and recorded walkthroughs. Super-users trained first, cascaded to end users.

Parallel Run & UAT

Structured UAT cycles and parallel run across a full accounting period. Sign-off gates protect go-live.

Go-Live & Hypercare

Cutover weekend run-sheet, staged go-live and 30 days of hypercare with dedicated support. No abandonment after invoicing.

Why ERP implementations fail — and how we avoid it

Most failed ERP implementations follow the same pattern: the vendor oversold, the partner under-scoped, data migration was left to the last month, and integration was treated as optional scope. We run ERP implementations with data migration and ERP integration as first-class work-streams, not afterthoughts — and the cutover run-sheet exists on week one, not week thirty.

  • Fixed, staged pricing — you see every milestone before we invoice it
  • Vendor-agnostic delivery across NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, MYOB Advanced and Odoo
  • Data migration owned by us end-to-end — no finger-pointing between partners
  • ERP integration built in parallel with core ERP implementation, not bolted on later
  • Parallel run across at least one full accounting period before go-live
  • 30 days of hypercare post go-live included — not a separate quote

Data migration, done properly

ERP data migration is where most ERP implementations quietly fail. We run master data cleansing up-front, mapping workshops before the first load, at least two full dry runs, reconciliation at every stage and sign-off gates before any production cutover. Customers, suppliers, items, BOMs, open AP, open AR, inventory and historical balances — all reconciled to the source system.

ERP integration on day one, not year two

Integration is scoped and built alongside core ERP configuration — not deferred until after go-live. Typical integrations we deliver: Xero and MYOB general ledger, HubSpot and Salesforce CRM, Shopify and WooCommerce ecommerce, 3PL and WMS, payroll (Employment Hero, KeyPay), and expense (Weel, Expensify). See our ERP integration service for specifics.

FAQ

ERP implementation questions

How long does an ERP implementation take?
Typical mid-market ERP implementation is 4–9 months. Single-entity distribution or professional services businesses run toward the faster end. Multi-entity manufacturing or construction groups with complex integration sit at the longer end. We stage delivery so you always have a working milestone, not an all-or-nothing go-live.
What does ERP implementation cost in Australia?
Mid-market ERP implementation typically ranges $80,000–$400,000 excluding licences, depending on number of entities, users, integrations and data migration complexity. We quote fixed-fee per phase after the blueprint, so you never face surprise change orders.
Do you handle data migration from Xero, MYOB or legacy ERPs?
Yes. Data migration is our responsibility — cleansing, mapping, staging, loading and reconciliation. We've migrated from Xero, MYOB Essentials/AccountRight, MS Dynamics GP, Sage, legacy SAP installs and custom systems. Open balances and 2–3 years of history are the norm.
Which ERP platforms do you implement?
NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP Business One, MYOB Advanced, Sage Intacct, Odoo and industry-specific systems for construction (Jobpac, Cheops), manufacturing (Epicor, Infor) and professional services (Kantata, Accelo, WorkflowMax).
Can you run ERP implementation without disrupting current operations?
Yes — that's the whole point of parallel run, staged go-live and hypercare. We've never had a customer shut down trading for an ERP cutover and we design the cutover weekend run-sheet to avoid it.
Do you offer post go-live support?
30 days of hypercare is included. Beyond that, most customers move onto a managed ERP operations retainer — we handle month-end close support, enhancements, new integrations and user onboarding as they scale.
