FAQ

Workshop questions

Half-day or full-day – which should we pick?
Half-day ($2,000-$3,000) suits a single team and a focused topic. Full-day ($3,500-$5,000) covers strategy + hands-on + role-specific breakouts and is better for mixed audiences.
Who's the right audience?
Non-technical staff, ops teams and leadership. Engineering teams usually want a different format – happy to scope that separately.
Is content tailored to our business?
Yes. We send a short intake, review your tools and use cases, and customise examples and exercises so they look like your actual work.
On-site or remote?
Both. On-site available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Remote sessions delivered Australia-wide via Zoom or Teams with the same hands-on structure.
How many people can attend?
Up to 25 for full engagement. Above that we recommend splitting into multiple sessions so everyone gets hands-on time.
Do attendees need any prerequisites?
No technical background required. They'll need a laptop and access to whatever AI tool we're training on (we'll guide setup beforehand).

Want ongoing strategy support after?

Many teams follow a workshop with Strategic Advisory for fractional CTO support and a longer AI roadmap. Or book a scoping call to design a tailored workshop.
