Sub-processors
Last updated: September 2025
To deliver our cloud-based automation and integration services, SyncBricks engages a small number of trusted third-party infrastructure providers (“sub-processors”). Where a sub-processor is used, access is limited to what is technically required to deliver the service. This page lists our current sub-processors.
The integration itself is designed, developed and supported internally by SyncBricks. We do not outsource development of our integrations to an external software development company.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)

n8n (self-hosted by SyncBricks)

PostgreSQL (self-hosted by SyncBricks)

AI & Document-processing Providers
Secure document extraction or artificial intelligence services are only used where required for a customer-approved feature. No customer accounting data is submitted to consumer AI accounts. Any external AI or document-processing provider that may receive customer information is assessed, contractually controlled, disclosed to affected customers, and configured to prevent customer data from being used for general model training. Where such a provider is engaged for a customer, it will be identified to that customer before the relevant feature is activated.
Connected Platforms
Our integrations connect to the accounting and business platforms chosen by each customer. In Australia these commonly include accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB (Business and AccountRight), QuickBooks Online and Reckon, along with connected business systems such as CRM, ecommerce, payroll and document management (for example HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Employment Hero, Deputy, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace). These platforms are accessed under the customer's own account and consent (for example via OAuth 2.0), and act as the customer's system of record rather than as sub-processors of SyncBricks.
Changes to This List
We may update our sub-processors as our services evolve. Material changes affecting the processing of customer data will be communicated in accordance with the relevant service agreement. For questions, contact us at hello@syncbricks.com.au.
